The following is some information provided by the UAEA Chornomorska Sitch Board of Directors.
We are pleased to inform you about the upcoming General Assembly Meeting of UAEA Chornomorska Sitch, which will take place on Friday, March 14, 2025 at 7:00PM (Eastern Standard Time). The meeting will be held at Ukrainian American Cultural Center of NJ, 60 N Jefferson Rd., Whippany, NJ 07981.
The meeting agenda will include all Director reports and the state of roles and candidates UAEA members in good standing will be able to vote on. Please note that members in good standing are welcome to submit their names to the nominating committee via sitchsports@gmail.com as candidates for board roles, particularly where it is noted as no candidate existing.
To be eligible to vote at the General Assembly, members must be in “good standing”, i.e. dues paid up for 2024 and 2025. Members attending the general assembly meeting will be able to check their status at the door and settle any outstanding dues at that time.
